In the middle of the night, Loud banging on the Inn's door is heard. At the door is a patrol of 2 Draconians going around the main establishments looking for intruders that attacked the North Gate last evening. Thorin hides you behind a hidden sliding wall with a two-way mirror. Thorin lets them in…
The draconians enters and searches the Inn. One of the draconians heads upstairs and looks at himself in the mirror, shows his teeth, grins, turns around and leaves... he tells the other, lets go, nothing here but human scum...
Thorin shuts the door behind them... goes upstairs and opens the wall.
Next morning, Thorin mentions that his little birds have told him that a Blue Army Battalion arrived late last night from the West, 250 Draconians, Kobold Infantry of 120, and 150 Ogres. They have camped just over the East Wall. And as you mentioned, a special detail of Kapak Hunters (not sure how many or where they are located).
Thorin mentions that a man named Devin might be able to provide more information, he normally hangs out near the city community centre.
As you make your way to the community centre to meet with Devin, Dorren, Taryn and Le Nordais are met by a group of cloaked Solamnic knights that Dorren knows well.

After gathering with the entire group, they mention that they are here on a mission from Solamnia to search for an artifact that could help in the war against the dragon Armies, an artifact that can control dragons. The also have more information that the information on the location of the artifact is located in an ancient library hidden somewhere under the city of Tarsis.
They assist you in finding the library, and with some keen investigation technics, you manage to find the old, abandoned temple of the God Gilean and the entrance to the library.
From the trap door, a stairway leads to a huge, low-ceilinged room with many tables and chairs grouped neatly throughout the area.
The walls are lined with shelves holding hundreds, perhaps thousands, of musty tomes.
Everything in the room is covered with a thick layer of dust. Several books lie open on the tables.
In the middle of the library, a woman sits on the ground, she is reading a book. After closer look, the woman is of spectral form, hovering over the ground and does not seem to notice your when you arrive.
