Arrival on the City's Edge

You stand at the edge of a vast, sunken city carved into the earth itself. Crumbling stone descending into shadow. Broken streets spiral downward toward silent plazas and half-buried towers. No banners. No voices.

Only the wind moving through ruins that should have been
forgotten. At the city’s center rises a citadel, its main tower still standing.
Suspended high within it, visible even from here, hangs a massive bell.

Jack uses one of the shadowstep Shards and teleports on the tower near the bell. The Shadowstep Shard does not carry you—it pulls the world apart around you. Light and sound are stripped away, leaving only a cold, hollow pressure deep in your chest, as if your shadow were dragged somewhere it didn’t belong. There is no flash—just a brief, disorienting slide through darkness.

He attempts to ring the bell using a few methods but without success.
The rest of the group catches up and Jack descends the tower and join his comrades.
As you enter the citadelle, a strange small ghost like creature runs into the citadelle.

You entre center part of the tower and the large bell hangs over you at about 300 feet.

You are attacked by 4 of these small ghost like creatures, and one more adds
its self to the combat. A large 12 foot tall squeletal creature.

Once the combat has ended and the ghost like figures and the squelatal creature have been eliminated, a sound from above, a deep, slow whump… whump… rolls through the air, heavy enough to shake the ground and pull the wind backward.

Then—wings, big red wings...

A thunderous roar splits the sky as an ancient red dragon descends in a wash of heat and ember-light, slamming down near the citadelle. Breath weapon is released over the citadelle with a swirling affect. After the flames die down, On its back sits a towering figure in Red armor, a Minotaur.

The large red dragon snarls, smoke spilling from its jaws. From the surrounding ruins, 6 Draconians fly in from the shadows and flame weapons igniting as they close ranks. Draconians you've never yet seen.
The minotaur's voice carries: “You’re not meeting with anyone today.”

"You didn’t think you were moving unseen. The Power of communication like yours received doesn’t travel quietly. When ancient dragons reach across the world, the Weave trembles. Those tremors can be felt.
Followed. Our supreme leader listens for them.”

“You weren’t hidden. You were traced. Now Turn back, and keep your names. One more step… and the City of Lost Names will claim the rest."

Combat starts with the Draconians and Jack and Kelson manage to tie a rope to the bell chain, and pull it hard enough to ring the bell.

The city bell rings. But the sound is wrong, its not loud. A force rolls across the City like a pressure wave.
